- 10 years of experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
- Typically possesses one to three years of experience coordinating or managing small to medium projects or product work streams.

• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, support development of project plans, manage schedules, track progress, and contribute to the execution of defined deliverables.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues, maintain documentation, and operate effectively under moderate time constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and communicate status updates to various audiences.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full technology workstream, including coordination across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners. The role requires:

• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive project plan in Microsoft Project.
• Coordinating and managing progress across multiple client teams and technology domains.
• Providing weekly status reports at regular intervals to both the operational team and management.
• Quickly adapting and effectively coordinating activities related to Service Transition Planning & Support, as well as the Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.
