We are looking for an Entry-Level Purchasing Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in purchasing and supply chain. We are willing to train the right candidate.

The work schedule is 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

• Assist with purchase orders and material orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on pricing, availability, and deliveries.
• Help maintain purchasing and supplier records.
• Work with Production, Quality, and Engineering to support material needs.
• Assist with supplier and material issues as needed.

• Entry-level opportunity with hands-on training.
• Gain experience in purchasing, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Opportunity to learn and grow into a Buyer role.
• Work with an experienced, collaborative team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
