To ensure the upkeep ofbusiness facilities, premises, and equipment.
Responsibilities Machinery & System Related:- Inspection,maintain, calibrate and troubleshooting of plant machinery system, facility& equipment
- Carry out installation of works, facility, automation system and utility equipment
- Set up and conduct tests of complete units and components under operational conditions to investigate proposals for improving equipment performance
- Provide technical specification for equipment /machine purchasing, support procurement for technical clarification
- Draft and harmonize qualification protocol of process equipment, and perform qualification test according to qualification protocol
- Prepare User Requirement Specification for required equipment installation
- Supervise,coordinate, and contact contractors/vendors and be responsible for the quality control of contractor/vendor’s service to ensure the service complies with expectation
- Discuss changesin design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections
- Train production workers on maintaining & operating machines
Work Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Operation Monitoring: Watching gauges, dials,or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
- Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- Inductive Reasoning: The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding arelationship among seemingly unrelated events)
- Judgment &Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
