Product Delivery Project Manager (Advanced)

Rosemead, CA

Schedule:

Hybrid

Duration: 12–18 month W2 contract (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour

• Provide full lifecycle project management oversight, including:
• Project scoping and initiation
• Planning and design coordination
• Permit and easement acquisition
• Civil and electrical construction management
• Project closeout activities
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Actively participate in project execution by identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish:
• Project objectives
• Schedules and milestones
• Deliverables and success criteria
• Utilize project controls to manage budgets and schedules, including:
• Cost and schedule forecasting
• Variance analysis
• Performance monitoring against budget targets
• Maintain and update project plans and schedules using enterprise tools.
• Resolve project conflicts by setting priorities and coordinating with functional managers.
• Ensure adherence to internal project management processes while continuously improving execution methods.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Teams
• SAP
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Prior experience in utility projects, including underground utilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
