Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, multi-functional technology-related projects with significant budgets and risk. This position provides project, technical, and business leadership to multiple projects. The Senior Project Manager determines project scope and deliverables and oversees creation of project plans and of resource allocation. This position defines and manages project risk.

• Provides project, technical, and business leadership.
• Determines project scope and deliverables.
• Oversees creation of project plans and resource allocation.
• Assigns responsibilities and develops time frames to facilitate successful completion of the project.
• May assist the Executive Director in the selection and retention of qualified project management staff.
• Coaches and develops less experienced members of the project team to elevate their performance in support of the company's growth strategies.
• Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes.
• Keeps stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and risks.
• Communicates effectively with IS Development, business partners, and vendors/consultants to build and maintain close relationships and partnerships and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Tracks and shares new knowledge with team members.

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business or related field required
• 7+ years of IS/IT experience
• Experience with increasing project management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: M3: $61.06-$85.82 per hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
