The Welbe Health PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. The Clinic Nurse, RN plays a vital role caring directly for participants in the Welbe Health clinic, including supporting clinic overflow and day center triage, checking vital signs, performing POC testing, administering medications, and supporting any other clinical needs in accordance with RN scope of practice.

• Aid with wound care, IV hydration and therapies, medication management, and other procedures within RN scope of practice.
• Provide clinical support to Medical Assistants performing procedures as needed.
• Educate participants, families, and caregivers about disease processes, self‑care techniques, and prevention strategies.
• Document patient care delivery, observations, and implement nursing measures.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; preferred upon hire.

Base salary plus bonus. Salary range: $47.74 - $63.02 USD per hour. Total rewards include 401(k) match and comprehensive healthcare coverage.
