Job Overview
As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role focuses on sales, cashier duties, and store operations with a flexible schedule.
Compensation and Benefits- Starting rate: $17.00 hourly
- Hourly pay range: $17.00 – $18.04

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an inviting store environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet most of the shift
- Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability
- Detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to represent the Skechers brand with energy and enthusiasm
