Schedule:

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday – Sunday: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Lunch: On-duty lunch provided

Code 4 Private Security is seeking dependable and professional Security Officers to provide security services at an active construction site in Rosemead. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by conducting routine patrols, monitoring the property, documenting activity, and responding appropriately to security concerns.

• Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor the site for unauthorized individuals and suspicious activity.
• Inspect doors, gates, fencing, and other access points to ensure they remain secure.
• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Notify dispatch and site management of any security-related incidents.
• Provide a visible security presence to help deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
• Follow all company policies and site-specific procedures.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.

• Previous construction site or security experience preferred.
• Experience conducting patrols and completing incident reports.
