PAINTER

Painter – Per Diem

BHC Alhambra Hospital is located in the beautiful city of Rosemead, California. Our 115‑bed facility was established in 1924 and serves children, adolescents and adults in the San Gabriel Valley. The position is for a Handyman/Painter working up to 20 hours weekly, various hours and days as needed.

• Perform light repairs, light plumbing, and fix minor electrical issues.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Keep area clean with masking tape, drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep surfaces free of paint.
• Assist the Director of Plant Operations as needed.
• Report any situations that may affect the health and wellbeing of patients or employees.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in handyman/painter duties, preferably in a health care facility.

Additional Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work variable shifts, overtime, and flexible hours.
