Developer for Power Utility – Transmission & Distribution Geographic Information System

The typical responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Analysis, Design, development and Implementation of geographical information system using Auto Desk Map3D
• Prepare Impact Analysis and Technical Design docs for new releases
• Coordinate with Client team, offshore team and other client teams on project related activities

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Electrical Engineering or Power Systems background preferred
• At least 5 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill sets

Must have skill:

• Strong application development experience in Auto Desk Map3D or Auto Desk AUD or AutoCAD APIs
• Strong development experience in C Sharp
• Knowledge in Electric Transmission and Distribution
• Excellent analytical and communication skill
• Working knowledge of tools like Client Quality Center, RTC
• Knowledge of Software development methodologies like waterfall, Agile

Vendor Billing range Max: $75/Hr
