We are seeking an Accountant to join a collaborative finance team supporting multiple business entities. This Accountant role is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation, journal entry, and month-end close experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and support daily accounting operations
• Support financial statement preparation and consolidation activities
• Analyze account activity and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects as needed

Required:

• Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant level experience
• Strong general ledger and reconciliation skills
• Experience with month-end close
• Excel proficiency, including formulas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Multi-entity accounting experience
• Financial reporting exposure
• Manufacturing, distribution, or corporate accounting experience
