This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and hands-on Controller who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable finance organizations. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll serve as a key business partner, helping shape the accounting and finance function as the company integrates acquisitions and prepares for its next phase of growth.

• Lead enterprise-wide accounting operations across multiple business units and locations.
• Oversee the consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Direct consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, accounting policies, and organizational initiatives.
• Mentor and develop Controllers and accounting leaders across the organization.
• Lead financial integration efforts related to acquisitions, including systems, reporting, controls, and accounting processes.
• Establish scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and best practices across multiple entities.
• Manage external audit activities and relationships.
• Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
• Provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Prior Controller experience within a multi-entity or multi-site organization.
• Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams across multiple locations.
• Experience working in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven organizations.
• M&A integration experience, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration, is highly desirable.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
