The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and supports store sales goals. This customer-focused role contributes to a welcoming and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share customer and product feedback with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Operate a register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
