Summary
The Outlet Team Associate supports sales and profitability by helping customers and maintaining efficient merchandise operations. The role provides friendly, helpful service while ensuring merchandise and the selling floor are ready for customers.
Responsibilities- Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
- Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
- Prepare, tag, ticket, process, and recover merchandise; organize stockroom inventory.
- Follow operational procedures and protect company assets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
- Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
