Sales Supervisor - Rosemont

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and team development. This role leads the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience while maintaining store standards and building loyal client relationships.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and a welcoming customer experience.
• Build client relationships through regular contact and prompt follow-up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Coach and collaborate with colleagues, and support implementation of company policies and initiatives.
• Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
