In this role, you will serve as the critical last step in our 6-step process—the last person to see parts prior to shipment, delivery or pick up. If you are passionate about quality and efficiency, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in delivering timely, accurate parts to our customers.

• Pull and deliver auto parts to staging areas efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect auto parts prior to shipment using critical thinking skills to identify and report any damage or part issues.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team, managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Communicate occasionally with sales and production teams to align on quality standards and expectations.
• Promote and drive a culture of safety in the shop, completing required safety trainings.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided as needed.
