Pay Range: $90 - $96/hour. Base pay range: $90.00/hr - $96.00/hr employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Seeks a highly skilled Construction Manager for a temporary assignment at the Rosemount Data Center in Minnesota.
• This contingent worker role is designed to support ongoing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• The Construction Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

• 5+ years of construction management experience including client-facing experience, managing a general contractor or trade partners.
• Experience working in a mission-critical / data center space.
• MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) experience; L1-L3.
• Change management
• Data center or process-driven industry experience; larger-scale industry experience preferred.
