Yard Laborer

The expected pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hour depending on experience.

Lunda Construction Company, A Tutor Perini Company, has a great opportunity for a Laborer (Non-Union) to join our team at our Rosemount, MN yard location.

As a Laborer (Non-Union) in the yard/shop at Lunda Construction, reporting to the Yard Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Organize, sort, and clean construction materials

* Load and unload trucks for transfer to jobsites

* Maintenance of construction materials and equipment

* Support carpenter shop for production of formwork

* Support daily operations in the yard as needed

* Assist with deliveries to jobsites

Skills and

Qualifications:

* One (1) or more years Laborer experience preferred

* Forklift experience a plus

* Bridgework/construction experience is a plus

* Must be able to work in a team environment or independently

* Must be punctual and demonstrate regular attendance

* Ability to continuously stand or walk

* Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
