Exemplify a hospitality mindset and build relationships to create extraordinary experiences;
Receive inbound calls and conduct outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition;
Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies;
Assist members with account maintenance, processing updates and transactions including program, service, and product payments
