Lifetime Fitness - - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort and create a welcoming environment.;
Build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences and offering personalized recommendations.;
Answer inbound calls and perform outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.;
Educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.;
Assist members with account maintenance, processing needs, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
