Special Ed Teacher

• Valid state teaching license with Special Education certification
• Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs across multiple grade levels
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other educators, therapists, and families
• Ability to foster inclusive, supportive classroom environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management abilities

• Deliver personalized instruction to address the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students with disabilities
• Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to suit individual learning styles
• Manage and document all aspects of the IEP process, including assessments, meetings, and compliance
• Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress and goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
