, is seeking a Universal Banker III. This full time, 40 hour a week position will be based in Rosemount, but serve customers in the markets of Apple Valley and Lakeville as well. Working hours will cover branch hours including a Saturday rotation.

As a Universal Banker III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and proactively offering a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. You will serve them with consumer loan needs, opening new deposit account relationships, making product recommendations in an efficient and friendly manner and doing various banking and financial transactions.

Job Summary:

As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and proactively offering a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, consumer lending, opening new account relationships and safe deposit boxes, and making product recommendations in an efficient and friendly manner.

The Universal Banker will play a crucial role in building customer relationships. You will also play an important role in fraud prevention.

Responsibilities and Skill requirements for each Universal Banker level:

Level I:
  • Open & maintenance basic checking and savings deposit accounts
  • Process banking transactions in the Teller area
  • Open, close and maintain safe deposit boxes
  • Serve as a Vault Attendant if needed in the Branch
  • If person is doing more than 50% Teller work, they may report to the Lead Teller and be considered in the Teller Department
  • Education required:

    High school diploma or equivalent
Level II :
  • Be proficient in and conduct all Level I duties
  • Open & maintenance business accounts, IRAs, HSAs, CDs
  • Process banking transactions in the Teller area as needed
  • Community Engagement and External Sales Activity as directed.
  • Be proficient in Consumer Credit Card and ODP lending.
  • May conduct administrative duties at the branch level
  • Experience required: A minimum of 6 months of front-line banking experience
  • Education required:

    High school diploma or equivalent
Level III :
  • Be proficient in and conducts all Level I & II duties
  • Community Engagement and External Sales Activity as directed.
  • May have limited supervisory duties.
  • Be proficient in consumer lending (including HELOC), auto loans and personal lines of credit
  • Experience required: A minimum of two years of front-line banking experience required.
  • Education required:

    High school diploma or equivalent
