Koch Capabilities is seeking a Rotational Environmental Specialist to join our REP program in Summer 2027 across Rosemount, MN and other sites. The two-year program rotates you between host sites, with opportunities for travel to support larger environmental initiatives and turnarounds.
During the REP, you will gain exposure to regulatory compliance, waste management, and sustainability, preparing you for a mid-level Specialist role. Base pay is around $76,000–$79,000 annually.
