Community Life Assistant

Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Life Assistant to join our growing team.

Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available:
Full-Time Wednesday-Friday and Every Other Weekend Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Duties include:

  • Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
  • Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
  • Must have a valid MN driver's license.
