Position: Full-Time CNA – Hospice Care (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Job Title: Hospice CNA – Comfort-Focused End-of-Life Care

Compensation: $19 – $25/hour DOE + mileage reimbursement paid by wage

Benefits: Full benefits package available for full-time staff

Schedule: Per Diem or Full-Time | Weekend rotation

Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

You will be supported by a collaborative clinical team, respected for your experience, and trusted to care for patients with the empathy and professionalism families remember long after the visit ends.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands-on ADL support
    , grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Support comfort measures and observe changes in patient condition
  • Assist with medications as directed by the care team
  • Offer emotional presence and reassurance to patients and families
  • Communicate observations clearly to nurses and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and calming environment in each home or facility
  • Follow individualized care plans with consistency and compassion
Who Thrives in This Role
  • Minnesota-licensed CNA
  • Background in hospice, palliative care, or oncology
  • Comfortable supporting patients at end of life with empathy and professionalism
  • Dependable, flexible, and emotionally resilient
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
