MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking Level II NDT Technicians for full‑time work in the Rosemount, MN area.

- NDE I, II, III, RT, CR profile: $26–$35 depending on experience and certifications.
- Level II Radiography: $38–$40 (must be certifiable weld quality level II, CR experience a plus).
- Set up and calibrate equipment.
- Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique(s).
- Interpret, evaluate and document results.
- Be familiar with scope and limitations of the method; direct work of trainees and Level I personnel.
- Be familiar with codes, standards, and contractual documents.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Obtain and analyze information skillfully.
- Edit and present numerical data effectively.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Graduate of a specialized NDT technical program meeting SNT‑TC1A for one or all of the following: UT, RT, MT, or PT.
- Prior certification as an NDE Level II with one year experience OR prior certification as an NDE Level I technician with adequate field experience hours to certify to Level II per SNT‑TC1A standards on all or one of the following: UT, RT, MT, or PT.
- Industrial Radiographers Certification Card preferred (required for all hired as a Radiographer).
- Completion of a 40‑hour Radiation Safety Course preferred (required for all hired as a Radiographer).
- Competencies:
problem solving, oral communication, written communication, interpersonal skills, planning/organization, adaptability, dependability, quality, safety.
- Field duties require outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
- Interaction with crew, supervisors, and clients.
- Work in plant/shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
- Physically fit, able to carry 50 lbs frequently for Radiography work.
- Wear safety equipment as required.
- Frequently lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Clear speech and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Sufficient vision/observation, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Sufficient manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Personal mobility and reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to maneuver within a refinery or plant environment, access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells, and work safely from height.
