Our Rosemount, MN facility is in need of a Bag Inspector to join our 2nd Shift (3pm - 1am) Monday - Friday. This full‑time on‑site position is paid $21.22 USD per hour. Reasonable accommodations may be made upon request to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Pull hands of bags onto the inspection table and inspect by flipping through bags, looking at sealed ends for open ends, doubles, triples, crocked folds, turn backs, turn under, loosely sealed folds, improper sized gussets, and lack of anti‑skid or lacquer.
• Set aside a hand of bags at the beginning of an order or when needed to replace those periodically checked and torn down.
• Discard any poor quality bags.
• Reclaim bags using a glue gun.
• Notify the Bottomer Operator if there is a continual problem.
• Count and record the number of bags stacked on each pallet for the shift and report the number to the Bottomer Operator.
• Assist other inspectors by sweeping and inspecting once all work in the area is complete.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure continuity of production.

High School Diploma or GED

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

• Ability to bend, twist, and kneel.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand continuously for 2–3 hours.
• Ability to perceive colors.
• Must have manual dexterity.
