U Pull R Parts, a leading auto parts company based in Rosemount, is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a full-time Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities

• Understanding and applying sales principles and customer service practices
• Communicating effectively with customers andstaff
• Maintaining customer service focus
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Handling physical demands of the role, including moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing throughout the day, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative without direct supervision
• Enthusiasm, friendliness, and a desire to provide outstanding service
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required

Compensation

The pay for this position is$17.00 per hour, with additional bonuses available.
