As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in Rosemount, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a busy retail distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming experience for team members and visitors.

This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, with mobile patrols and quick response to calls for service. At Allied Universal, you will bring integrity, teamwork, and an agile, caring approach to every shift.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.

* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.

* Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including the building perimeter, parking areas, and/or trailer yards, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

* Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing traffic for unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or loss prevention concerns.

* Complete detailed reports of patrol observations, incidents, and/or policy violations, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* Customer Service Experience - preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
