Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize approved access, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with post instructions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, trailer yards, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Help to deter unauthorized access, package or shipment irregularities, and other security-related concerns by observing site activity and reporting unusual conditions promptly
