The role is a Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time in Rosemount, MN, working at a busy retail distribution location. The officer monitors and patrols assigned areas, deters security incidents, delivers outstanding customer service, and communicates with team members and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities include carrying out security procedures, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, monitoring access, and supporting daily operations through documentation.

Full Time

$19.00 per hour

Mon‑Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Sat & Sun: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entrances, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized access when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and helping to deter unauthorized access, theft‑related activity, and operational disruptions.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
