Responsibilities include carrying out security procedures, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, monitoring access, and supporting daily operations through documentation.

Job ScheduleMon‑Fri: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Sat & Sun: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, entrances, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
- Monitor access by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorized access when required, and reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
- Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing routine reports, and helping to deter unauthorized access, theft‑related activity, and operational disruptions.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screening will be conducted as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
