Job Site Repair in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead the evening workflow from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. You’ll triage tickets, assign tasks, and oversee diagnostics and repairs on automotive and diesel systems, while mentoring technicians to uphold safety and quality.
You’ll evaluate vehicles, coordinate parts, and keep customers informed about timelines. This is a hands-on leadership role in a stable, family-owned shop with a Monday–Friday evenings schedule.
