Scott Carver Dakota CAP is seeking a Family Service Coordinator (FSC) for Emergency Housing Services to assist individuals and families experiencing homelessness or near homelessness. The FSC will operate from both the Rosemount and Shakopee offices, delivering services tailored to clients' needs.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work or a related field and experience in crisis intervention and community outreach. Responsibilities include assisting clients, maintaining files, and developing service plans. This full-time position requires a valid Minnesota State Driver’s License.
