Our client builds the software Minnesota law enforcement runs on. Records management, data sharing between agencies, the integrations that let a deputy in one jurisdiction see what happened in another. When this software works, officers are safer and cases move. When it doesn't, people notice immediately.
This is a small, collaborative technology team inside a public-sector organization — you'll know everyone's name and every system they run. Mission-driven work, modern tools, and a lot of hands-on problem solving.
Be clear-eyed about the shape of this job: it's build and run. You'll write new features and you'll also keep production healthy, restore a database, and take the on-call phone. If you only want greenfield work, this isn't it. If you want to own systems end to end and see your work land with actual users, it is.
Intertech is managing this search on the client's behalf. We'll tell you who they are once we've talked.
