Experienced Automotive Billing Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our fast-paced dealership team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a minimum of 3 years dealership accounting experience, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload accurately and efficiently.

• Post and process both new and used vehicle deals.
• Verify accuracy of contracts and supporting documentation.
• Post daily funding from lenders.
• Stock in used car purchases and dealer trades.
• Reconcile contracts in transit, factory incentive, and vehicle inventory schedules.
• Communicate with sales staff, finance managers, and accounting personal.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, and all state & federal regulations.
• Assist with month-end closing duties as needed.

• Previous automotive dealership billing experience required.
• Knowledge of Dealer track DMS preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication style that is concise and direct.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• The ability to contribute to and build a strong team.
