** Duties & Responsibilities
*** Assists the department with Voter Registration Forms and mail-in ballots.
* Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries and/or directs to proper person.
* Processes incoming and outgoing mail.
* Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
** Qualifications
* ** High School Diploma/GED.
* Good computer and typing skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
* Bilingual preferred, but not required.
** SALARY:** $12.00 per hour, Assignment days and hours will vary.
