Overview

Finnegan Auto Group has an opening for an experienced Billing Clerk in our Accounting department. This individual will assist in posting all retail vehicle purchase transactions into the ledger, as well as processing all dealer trades, reconciling product schedules, and submitting policies. Excellent team atmosphere.

• Post all retail vehicle purchase transactions into the ledger.
• Process dealer trades.
• Reconcile product schedules.
• Submit policies as applicable.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.

• Experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar accounting/billing role.
• Attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
