HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ROSENBERG, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosenberg, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing a large number of incoming customer calls, identifying and addressing needs to achieve customer satisfaction, and following communication procedures, guidelines and practices. The ideal candidate will possess customer care/call center experience, effective listening skills, communication skills, and previous utility experience.
Pay,Schedule, and Location
- $17/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Located in Rosenberg, Texas
- Effectively manage a large number of incoming customer calls.
- Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and practices
- Customer Care/Call Center Experience
- Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous utility experience preferred
Salary range based on experience
