This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
ScheduleSchedule:
Sporadic coverage in July
- Monday: 8am - 5pm
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm
- Friday: 8am - 1pm
Clinic
Procedures/CasesMostly Child and Adolescents. Procedures needed: X-Ray Fillings, Prophies, Extractions, Pulpotomies, Sealants, Crowns, Bridges, Periodontics treatments, Exams and Hygiene checks.
CredentialingCredentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days
Requirements- Active State License
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
- Medicaid
