Patient Concierge / Front Office Experience Coordinator Citra Endodontics | Rosenberg, TX

We’re looking for someone exceptional with people.

Citra Endodontics is a modern specialty dental practice looking for a Patient Concierge / Front Office Experience Coordinator to become the face of our office.

This is not a traditional dental receptionist position.

We are looking for someone who brings the warmth, polish, attentiveness, and problem-solving ability you would expect at a five-star hotel, luxury spa, or high-end medical practice.

Our patients often come to us anxious, in pain, or dealing with an unexpected dental emergency. The right person has an extraordinary ability to read the room, anticipate what someone needs, diffuse difficult situations gracefully, and make every patient feel genuinely cared for.

• Have a naturally warm, polished, welcoming personality.
• Are exceptionally good at customer service and communication.
• Stay calm and gracious when someone is upset, anxious, demanding, or frustrated.
• Can confidently handle discerning or high-expectation clientele.
• Remember names, faces, conversations, and the little details that make people feel special.
• Notice what needs to be done before someone has to ask.
• Communicate professionally in person, by phone, and by text.
• Are organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Take pride in creating an elevated experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
• Believe hospitality is about much more than simply being "nice".

You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience throughout the patient's visit—from their first phone call to the moment they leave our office.

You'll welcome patients, coordinate appointments, communicate with referring offices, help manage the flow of the day, follow up with patients, and step in when someone needs extra attention.

Most importantly, you will set the tone of the office.

We want our patients to walk away thinking:

“That was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office.”

Dental experience is NOT required.

In fact, we are very interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

• High-end retail
• Luxury skincare or aesthetics
• Plastic surgery or dermatology
• Med spa
• Concierge medicine
• Five-star hotels
• Fine dining
• VIP/client relations

If you have the personality and service instincts we're looking for, we can teach you dentistry.

We have a dedicated team that handles much of our insurance work, so being an insurance expert is not the defining requirement for this position.
