  Valid and unrestricted Dental Hygiene License (RDH).

• Comprehensive Hygiene Services:
  Perform a full range of dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, detailed patient assessments, and non-surgical periodontal therapy.
• Patient Education and Retention:
  Promote patient retention and drive treatment plan acceptance through excellent communication, thorough education, and fostering strong patient rapport.
• Production Goals:
  Actively work to achieve personal and office production goals, maximizing success within the collections-based compensation model.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
  Collaborate seamlessly with dentists, assistants, and the administrative team to ensure a positive and seamless patient journey.
• Records Management:
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in strict accordance with office protocols and safety guidelines.
