Our mission is "Learn to Play From the Heart"; we provide private guitar instruction to students throughout the Rosenberg area, using in‑person, at‑home, studio, or webcam formats.

• Conduct private guitar lessons in students’ homes, your own home, a studio, or via webcam.
• Set your own schedule, curriculum, and lesson plans.
• Travel to students’ homes or within the Rosenberg, TX area as required.
• Maintain timely, organized lessons and communicate regularly with the office.
• Adhere to COVID‑19 precautions—wear a mask, sanitize hands, and practice social distancing as needed.
• Receive payment as an independent contractor at $20–$30 per hour, variable by experience, travel time, and student retention rate.
• Accept advertising, marketing, and billing support from Taylor Robinson Music.

• Proficiency in instructing guitar lessons.
• Either a music degree, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience is required.
• Ability to work well with children, excellent communication skills, and strong organization.

Independent contractor status with a flexible schedule and support from the company for advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.
