Part‑Time After‑School Site Leader (Program Manager)

Right At School provides extended day programs for local school districts. The Program Manager will oversee after‑school operations, deliver curriculum, maintain safety, and support children’s academic and social development.

Start:
August 2026.

Hours:

2:30 pm‑6:30 pm Monday‑Friday (must also be available for early release days 11:15 am‑6:30 pm). Must be able to travel to multiple sites within Lamar District Schools.

Hourly: $20–$24 (based on education and experience) – Part‑time.

• Organize program materials and maintain attendance, incident, and observation records.
• Deliver dynamic daily curriculum that expands academic learning and promotes social character building.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to ensure safety and support homework completion, fitness activities, and play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Area Manager to discuss professional progress and team accountability.

• Must be 21 years of age with a high‑school diploma or GED.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare or after‑school program.
• Minimum of 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legal ability to work in the United States.
