Infant Teacher

We seek a passionate, dedicated, experienced preschool teacher to join our team. At The Learning Experience, you have the opportunity to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners, where "happy happens here" is not just a motto but a way of life. Our infant teachers play a vital role in supporting early development during the most important stage of a child's growth.

We are looking for an infant teacher who is committed to providing loving care, fostering developmental milestones, and creating a safe and stimulating environment where infants can learn, grow, and thrive emotionally and physically. If you are a caring, patient, and attentive individual with a passion for working with infants, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

What we offer:

  • State-of-the-art classrooms:
Our infant classrooms are thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate materials, technology, and resources to support sensory exploration, motor development, and early learning.
  • Opportunities for growth:
Ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways to support your growth as an educator.
  • Competitive benefits and premium compensation

As an infant teacher, you will:

  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants.
  • Provide consistent care routines including feeding, diapering, and nap schedules while ensuring each child's individual needs are met.
  • Observe, document, and support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive classroom environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's daily activities, milestones, and achievements through mobile apps and in-person conversations.

Do you:

  • Have a genuine passion for the care and development of infants?
  • Have one year of professional teaching or childcare experience (preferred) or six months of professional childcare experience (required)?
  • Have an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
  • Meet applicable state licensing requirements for infant care?

Infant teacher benefits:

  • Paid time off
  • Referral program
  • Employee discount
  • Professional development assistance

There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role. Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
