Martial Arts Instructor Wanted

Premier Martial Arts – Rosenberg, TX is seeking a martial arts instructor. This is a great opportunity to get involved with one of the largest Premier Martial Arts studios in the greater Houston area and begin a career in the martial arts industry while having a positive and lasting impact on the students that you will instruct! We are seeking a candidate who:

As one of our martial arts instructors, you have a tremendous responsibility to teach students the proper technique outlined in the PMA curriculum and change their lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. Your outgoing personality, passion, and leadership mindset will not only help teach your students, but inspire them to be their best version of themselves! Key responsibilities include martial arts instruction of kids and adults, teaching the PMA curriculum, class planning and management, life lesson black belt mat chats, black belt excellence life lesson program, stripe testing, graduations, student ranking, tracking, and reporting, retention through excellence in teaching, help plan and execute local marketing and community events, studio presale marketing and intros, B2B marketing, local promotional booths, mass intros, individual intros, birthday parties, additional studio events, work with studio program director to achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly student enrollment and revenue goals, and help the other instructors, program director, and owners maintain studio.

Starting compensation and benefits include $30,000 to $36,000 annually based on experience level, performance bonus and other KPI bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision.

About Premier Martial Arts - Rosenberg:
Premier Martial Arts is a mixed martial arts program that includes elements of Krav Maga, kickboxing, karate & taekwondo, kali, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which allows us to train a well-rounded student in self-defense. Our curriculum focuses on character development and the importance of self-defense. We teach our young students focus, discipline, accountability, and respect and the importance of fitness in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

We empower our adult students with fitness, tools to teach self-defense, self-confidence, in an inclusive environment.

Other benefits of working for Premier Martial Arts include quarterly live events held across the nation, curriculum colleges, certified instructor training courses, annual awards dinner, annual conference with outside guest speakers, premier martial arts tournament circuit for students and instructors, and upward mobility available including head instructor, program director, manager, multi-unit manager, regional manager, and owner.

Job type: full-time benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance. Schedule includes 8 hour shifts and weekend availability. Supplemental pay includes bonus pay opportunities. Education preferred: high school or equivalent. Experience preferred: martial arts 5 years.
