Martial Arts Instructor wanted for Premier Martial Arts – Rosenberg, TX. This is a great opportunity to get involved with one of the largest Premier Martial Arts [PMA] studios in the greater Houston area and begin a career in the Martial Arts industry while having a positive and lasting impact on the students that you will instruct! We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has great people skills and loves working with kids and adults in the Richmond/Rosenberg community!
• Is passionate about the Martial Arts and wants the opportunity to positively change lives through Martial Arts instruction!
• Has a desire to learn and advance in the PMA system by attending multiple training opportunities both locally and across the country.
• Is a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter.
• Seeks opportunities and has goals to grow your career in PMA through single and multiunit management and potential studio ownership!
• Wants to have FUN by embarking on a career of service to our customers that will not only enrich their lives but yours as well!

As one of our Martial Arts instructors, you have a tremendous responsibility to teach students the proper technique outlined in the PMA curriculum and change their lives through day-to-day Martial Arts instruction. Your outgoing personality, passion, and leadership mindset will not only help teach your students, but inspire them to be their best version of themselves!

• Martial Arts Instruction of kids and adults
• Teach the PMA curriculum
• Class planning and management
• Life Lesson Black Belt Mat Chats [kids classes]
• Black Belt Excellence Life Lesson Program [kids classes]
• Stripe testing
• Graduations
• Student ranking, tracking, and reporting
• Retention through excellence in teaching
• Help plan and execute local marketing and community events:
• Studio presale marketing and intros
• B2B marketing
• Local promotional booths
• Mass intros
• Individual intros [as needed, working with studio Program Director]
• Birthday Parties [as needed]
• Additional studio events [as needed]
• Work with studio Program Director to achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly student enrollment and revenue goals
• Help the other instructors, Program Director, and owners maintain studio.

• $30,000 to $36,000 annually [based on experience level]

Premier Martial Arts is a mixed Martial Arts program that includes elements of Krav Maga, kickboxing, Karate & Taekwondo, Kali, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which allows us to train a well-rounded student in self-defense. Our curriculum focuses on character development and the importance of self-defense. We teach our young students focus, discipline, accountability, and respect and the importance of fitness in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
