Summary

Develops and implements Computer-Aided Design (CAD) methodologies, theories, and techniques while supporting the creation, verification, and maintenance of technical drawings and designs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create construction elevations.
  • Troubleshoot design and verification issues related to complex physical design workflows and tools.
  • Train drafters in the completion of drawings and specifications.
  • Perform checking of design layouts and detailed drawings, including selections, overlays, and construction details.
  • Ensure drawings comply with applicable industry standards, codes, and company policies and procedures.
  • Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
  • Consult with senior peers on certain projects.
  • Demonstrate moderate skill levels with a high degree of proficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
