- Personal hygiene
- Ambulation / transfers
- Dressing / shaving
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
- Performs light housekeeping activities
- Personal care
- Range of motion exercises
- Transfers
- Companionship
- Light cleaning
