Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking to add a high energy, results driven recruiter to our industry leading, fast growing roofing company here in San Marcos.

• Utilize your above average skillset to recruit top level performers to join our Holden Roofing family.
• Post and manage job ads across Linked In, Indeed, Zip Recruiter and Social Media platforms.
• Source candidates through cold outreach, referrals, job boards, and networking.
• Conduct high-energy phone screens and initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent.
• Partner with leadership to meet aggressive goals.

• At least 1 year of direct recruiting experience.
• High level of competence utilizing Linked In, Indeed, and Social Media.
• Strong communication skills.
• Competitive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles.
• This is an in-person role, located in San Marcos, TX.
• Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic.
