Requirements
Must have:- We prefer 0–2 years of experience in application support, business systems, IT support, business analysis, or a related area; internships count toward this experience.
- An associates or bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- We look for strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, is required.
- We need excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical users.
- Exposure to enterprise applications, SQL, reporting tools, or software implementations is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- We support the rollout of new business applications from initial planning through go-live.
- We assist with system setup, testing, data validation, user training, and post-launch support.
- We provide daily support for business applications by troubleshooting user issues and handling help desk tickets.
- We create and maintain user accounts, system configurations, and application upgrades.
- We partner with business teams to understand workflows and improve business processes.
- We develop user guides, training materials, and system documentation.
- We help onboard newly acquired companies onto our standard technology platforms.
- We contribute to IT projects and look for ways to improve system performance and the user experience.
